Complete Stainless Bore Up Set from AirsoftGuns Custom Parts for VSR rifles and compatible models. High quality cylinder with increased air volume incluide durable internal parts such as a piston and a spring guide. It is an essential part of a complete upgrade of the airsoft weapon to a stronger spring and higher power. The whole cylinder set was completely designed by our skilled technicians, whose have many years of experience in upgrading sniper rifles. It is all made in the Czech Republic. As the name suggests we chose a Bore Up variation - that is specific larger inner diameter of the cylinder with the larger volume of air inside. Especially for rifles with long barrel it's a fact, that where is more air capacity there is more pressure and so more power. This ultimate solution is associated with the specific dimensions of other internal parts, therefore we definitely don‘t recommend combining with parts of other brands.

This set contains stainless steel seamless cylinder type Bore Up, to which the rear shank, for attaching the pulling lever, is screwed and then stucked. So no problems with commonly used pins which are still being released. And no problematic surface laser welding, because welds could be cracked over time! Hybrid piston is assembled from a duralumin pressure piston head, lightened duralumin body, centering silon ring and catch end from stainless steel which has angle of 90 °. Piston head and body of piston are finished by HARD ELOX - it is anodic oxide cover, which primary properties are abrasion resistance (comparable with hard-steel or hard-chromium) and corrosion resistance. HARD elox variant has a 4 times higher layer thickness (approx. 100 µm = 0,1mm) in compared to conventional colored ELOX. Pressure piston head with a straight face hasn't any stopper rubber, which could be dropped due to shocks by piston movements. It is fitted with a rubber O-ring, which make the maximum air pressure without any air leaks when the piston is moved during the shot.

Stainless steel cylinder head has strong impact rubber, which is glued and absorbs all shocks from the piston after the shot. The front part of the cylinder head is ended by an extended nozzle with an end narrowing for ideal tightness in VSR type Hop-Up rubber. Nozzle also has an enlarged hole for more power and for better crossing of compressed air. Spring guide from polished stainless steel has ideal diameter, so spring isn't deform during compression, and also doesn't scrub on shaft of guide. The base of guide is provided with a set of rotary axial bearings on which rests one of ends of the spring. Included in the set are two silon rings. These rings center the cylinder in the metal receiver of gun. It is necessary to carefully install and finely adjust to gun, so after that can cylinder perfectly and smoothly move in the receiver.

Packaging of this set don't contain any spring! With respect to dimension of space in body of piston and outer diameter of spring guide is necessary to use springs type of SS or MS with VSR BU label. Everyone can choose some of offered spring variants according required gun performance. With strongest type of spring in our offer Spring SS, 85mm, VSR BU can be achieved performance up to 230 m/s; cca 760 fps. Recommended springs can be chosen in Accessories Card above.

This cylinder set is primarily designed for use with the VSR steel trigger mechanism IRON 10 for VSR-10 and design was tested on Tokyo Marui and Cyma models. This set is also applicable to cheaper Chinese copies of the same technical solution as they are BAR-10 from Jing Gong or MB02, MB03, MB07, M09, M10 a MB11 from Well.
