In lower product lines, or from other manufacturers, WE find many metal parts made of ZnAl alloy, but in this model, everything is made entirely of steel, which increases the durability of the gun and adds to its overall beauty and realism. In addition, this replica includes a full upgrade of internal parts that are not offered by standard guns from other brands. Another interesting feature is the QSC (Quick Spring Change) design, which allows for quick spring replacement without having to disassemble the gearbox. This airsoft replica of the legendary Russian AKM gun, which was a modernized version of the well-known AK-47 gun, is equipped with a real wood stock and foregrip for maximum imitation of a gun. It has adjustable sights, sling mounts, and a specific compensator, all of which are, of course, made of steel. On the left side of the body is a side mounting rail, which can be used to easily attach an AK side base with optics or a Red Dot to the gun. In this version, the battery is inserted into the wooden stock under a metal cover, which is secured with two screws. The design is all steel, so only the grip and magazine are made of solid polymer. The foregrip and stock are made of real laminated wood.

The QSC type v. 3 metal gearbox is reinforced in the critical front section, which significantly increases its durability even with stronger springs. Cyma Platinum Edition is a full upgrade series of airsoft replicas, so the gun includes top-quality CNC steel gears (fast 13:1 ratio, short stroke), a polycarbonate piston with steel teeth on the rack, precision 8 mm ball and slide bearings, a very powerful Cyma motor with neodymium magnets, a steel QSC spring guide with bearing, an aluminum CNC cylinder head (2 sealing O-rings), and a silent piston head with bearing.

The replica is equipped with a modern ETU control unit with integrated MOSFET, which is used to switch the gun electronically. This solution ensures a short trigger travel and a very fast response of the entire assembly after the microswitch is activated. The rate of fire is an impressive 25 rps (rounds per second) and the response to the trigger pull is lightning fast.

Another bonus is the one-piece metal Hop-Up chamber with classic adjustment. Furthermore, the accurate and precisely polished 6.03 mm inner barrel has no additional unwanted surface treatments that could significantly impair accuracy and grouping. The silicone Hop-Up buckings are PDI style with modern Omega nub.

The package includes a plastic barrel cleaning rod and a double-stack push magazine with a capacity of 150 BBs (Midcap). The replica is equipped with a T-Dean connector and is fully ready for use with a modern 11.1V LiPol battery. The battery and charger are not included in the package.
