In the mid-90s a complex new assault rifles under construction Kalashnikov AK-74M were developed which intended mainly for export. This complex of weapons, designated series AK-100, was designed for the Russian ammunition 7,62x39 mm and 5,45x39 mm, but also for the ammunition 5,56x45 mm NATO to extend export possibilities. This series of assault rifles has all the features of the original AK series rifles, ie. Reliability in adverse conditions, durability and easy maintenance. Weapons have synthetic stock, pistol grip and handguard. This model is manufactured by Classic Army, which due to licensing chose Arsenal marking American company that manufactures licensed gun series AK-100. Gun contains a 7 mm reinforced gearbox version 3, High Speed & High Torque motor, reinforced internal components (eg. Gears, piston, piston head, metal Bearings 7 mm metal spring guide etc.) and hi-cap magazine for 500 rounds of BBs
. The weapon is full metal with a specially shaped plastic stock, handguard and pistol grip. The magazine is also made of plastic, like the real weapon. Each weapon has its own unique serial number that is stamped on the body.
