CM131 Gen3 AEP, mosfet, Black, Cyma, CM.131S

AEP electric airsoft gun. Replica of the CM131 Gen3 [CM.131S] pistol model from Cyma with MOSFET switching and a metal slide in black. The guns bear a striking resemblance to Glock models. The metal slide is ready for mounting a Red Dot. This is an upgraded AEP pistol that features modern electronic switching using a MOSFET. This solution ensures a longer service life for the switching contacts and allows for better current flow through the circuit. The upgraded version of the pistol has been further improved with steel ball bearings and low-resistance cabling. These modifications, together with the LiPol battery, ensure a quick response and fast firing when the trigger is pulled. They also provide a higher rate of fire and a greater number of shots per battery charge than models with NiMH batteries.

Electric AEP pistols are easy to use and maintain. Shooting with them is easy, accurate, and automatic. There are two firing modes - single shot or Burst. The battery is inserted under the pistol slide, which is fixed and does not move during firing. The Hop-Up system is also adjusted under the slide.

The package includes a USB LiPol 7.4V charger, LiPol 7.4V/500 mAh battery, quick charger, cleaning rod, and 30 BB magazine. Magazines designed for the Glock 18C AEP with a capacity of 30 or 100 BB can be used in the guns. (sometimes a minor adjustment of the magazine catch is necessary).

What to watch out for?

Lithium polymer (Li-Pol) batteries are the most advanced power source available. They excel in particular due to their low weight and excellent discharge characteristics. They do not suffer from any memory effect, and another advantage is the very low self-discharge of the cells. The nominal voltage of a single Li-Pol cell is 3.7V. During operation, the cell voltage must not exceed 4.2V during charging or fall below 3V. Exceeding these values will most likely cause irreversible damage to the battery. During normal operation, the open-circuit voltage (before you start charging the battery) should not fall below 3.5V. If you find a lower voltage before starting to charge, you are definitely overcharging the batteries. For this reason, only a special charger for Li-Pol batteries should be used for charging, as well as a special protective circuit (Li-Pol Alarm) that will alert you to critical battery discharge. Alternatively, it is advisable to regularly measure the voltage of the cells using a digital monitor. Protect the cells from mechanical damage - tearing out electrodes, puncturing. This could cause an internal short circuit with an explosion and fire. Do not puncture "inflated" cells - inflation is a sign of internal damage and the cell could turn into a flamethrower when punctured. Place the charged battery on a non-flammable surface or in a Li-Pol Safe Bag. Keep flammable objects or liquids away from the battery. The manufacturer recommends storing batteries charged to approximately 70% capacity.

Is it too complicated?

Don't worry, anyone can use a LiPol battery after proper instruction. LiPol batteries are a very powerful source of power, offering high capacity and virtually zero self-discharge. These batteries are great for airsoft guns with MOSFETs. But it is always important to keep safety and rules of use in mind. Above all, avoid overcharging the battery. This often leads to its demise. However, if you are not confident about using LiPol, you can choose another AEP pistol from our range that is designed for classic NiMH rechargeable batteries, which are almost indestructible under normal use. There are many options to choose from.
