Polygonal piston with steel teeth with half teeth for gearbox v. 2, 3, 6 and 7 from ZC Leopard. The body of the piston is made of very lightweight and durable polycarbonate (cross-section in the shape of a polyhedron), while the most stressed rack half steel teeth is made of steel, using precision machining technology on precision CNC machines. The steel piston is without the second teeth comb in order, which is particularly advantageous at the start of stretching (so called AOE), because this minimizes the risk of damage. Piston with half teeth is absolutely necessary for high-geared wheel set (e.g: SHS 32:1, Systema Infinity, Guarder Infinity).
